About Company
Servants Ministries
Legal Aid Clinic
There is no denying the fact that legal concerns can be a burden to our lives especially when it comes to immigration and advocacy issues. At these times good legal representation is crucial. What a benefit it would be to have available a legal service company that has the resources and capabilities to assist people in people’s legal commitments. This is why we established “The Servants Ministries Legal Aid Clinic”, to fill the gap that exists for so many individuals in the United States today.
The Servants Ministries Legal Aid Clinic is a premier legal aid company that is based in San Francisco, California. The company is established as a non-profit organization that will be actively involved in the provision of legal services including family-based immigration law, employment-based immigration law, deportation/removal, U-Visa, violence against women act (VAWA), deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA), and unaccompanied minors advocacy and representation. The organization will also provide assistance in the aspect of employment law, health law, and some aspects of family law.

Our Vision
Our vision is to grow and use our legal aid clinic to support our 501(c)3 charity organization, allowing us to do more for our communities. We envisioned expanding our charitable organization (The Servants Ministries) services by opening shelters for veterans, homeless people and families, rehabilitation centers, orphanages, and schools for the less fortunate where they could receive a quality education, training, and be reintegrated into society.

Our Mission
The Servants Ministries Legal Aid Clinic mission is to provide professional-grade legal services to our clients regardless of their gender, ethnicity, country of origin, politics, or religion. We are in existence to serve the needy, and to do so with compassion and excellence.

Abigail helped us in many aspects, and we are so grateful for her services. It's due to Abigail's work that we have what we have now -- work permits and asylum. We are so grateful for her work because now we are accomplishing things that we didn't know we would be able to accomplish. We are so grateful to her. Abigail gave excellent legal service, and she is a good person. The thing I liked most about Abigail was the way she explained each step of the process of asking for asylum. Not all lawyers have the patience to support their clients in understanding the process. My main language is Mam, and my second language is Spanish, and I am still learning English so Abigail did her best to be patient with us with our communication. Her assistant helped a great deal to make communication work for us and we are so grateful for this.
I was working as a family ally and advocate for a person seeking asylum. We went to court without a lawyer and got a list of pro-bono attorneys. From that list, we encountered Abigail Jeshurun, and this was a huge blessing for us. Abigail provided detail oriented legal services to her asylum-seeking client, and I witnessed firsthand the way that she provided guidance on what materials needed to be collected, on the preparation that the client needed to giver her testimony, and on all the steps needed to navigate the USCIS. I see Abigail as someone who is guided by principles, values, and a spiritual sense of social justice. I am grateful for the work she has done for so many people seeking to improve their legal conditions in the United States, and I hope that she gets increasing support to expand and deepen her community-based law practice.
My name is Norlin Garcia and I am Nicaraguan. I have lived in this country since February of 2022. First, I thank God for bringing me safely to this country. I presented myself to court three times without a lawyer, only with the company of God, who never abandoned me. A few days before I presented myself to the last hearing, I asked my God to help me meet someone who would help me with my immigration case and court representation, and that if it were in His will, He would hire a counsel to represent me in court because I could not afford it. By God's grace that day in court, God placed a counsel in my path to help me with my representation and immigration case. The counsel, Abigail, is a very good person with a good heart who has been helping me. I know that with God's help, everything will be good. I know that more people are grateful to her because of the work that she is doing. I ask God to give her more wisdom and patience to keep helping us, people who need to be legally here in this country. My wish is that God bless the people who read this document.
I wanted to thank Dr. Abigail Jeshurun for her outstanding commitment that she has had in my asylum case and for the excellent quality that she as a human being; something significant that not all Legal Representative have: her order and her way of working for the good of immigrants in this country is magnificent, I can only tell so many people who are suffering at this time to consult with Dr. Abigail Jeshurun who is a person of excellent knowledge and a great human being in whom you can always trust.
